I think that's it all of them but they aren't in the correct order. Anyway the show was awesome. The venue was beautiful and the crowd was really into their music. The two REALLY new songs that they played were great. The band put on great show one of the best i've seen. I heard that Adam hung out after the show but I had to drive back to Dallas the same night and didn't want to stay up any later. Great Show! I'll be in huntsville on Sat. Bye:)

Oh man, what an amazing show, this is my third crows show and it was by far the best. They played for almost 2 hours, incredible... Adam was as animated as I've ever seen him, and seemed to be having an amazing time. here's the setlist, songs correct, order not

    piano
    Carraige(aka inside of you)
    Sullivan Street(amazing)

They played alot of songs tonight, he kept adding more and more, I think it was because they felt bad for cancelling last year, plus, the venue rocks and it was a gorgeous night

There was never a better show than this. THe weather was right (Adam kept commenting), the crowd was a unified being, and the songs were unreal. He played some new songs (who knew?), including It's Too Late/Up All Night (which he says WILL be on the new album, and that they've already recorded it). They played something BRAND NEW called "Good Time" that Adam did solo on the piano and said that he just finished writing last week. He was writing music during the show, I think, because he kept going back to a notebook and scribbling. He said he regretted not having been there last year, at the Backyard, but that he'd throw some songs in for us. Miami opened it all up. Anna Begins. Richard Manuel. Angels of the Silences. High Life (amazing). Catapault (slow...acoustic...wow). From there, it gets misty. Others I can remember were Rain King (Thunder Road). Round Here (Private Archipelago). Sullivan Street. Mr. Jones. A Muder of One (I thought they didn't do this so much anymore...but WOW!). Have You seen Me Lately. Hangin' Around. OH!!! Inside of you has a title!!! It is now called "Carriage". Black and Blue. American Girls. I get lost in the order and in the concert. I am dreaming in the concert. So, if ANYONE EVER gets a copy of this, I would just be doubled over to have it. An amazing show...by far their best I have seen. they also added both a guitar solo and a harmonica solo to "Carriage". It sounds amazing.

Tonight’s show was so great! The weather was a little hot, but not unbearable. Stew opened up at about 7:45 and they were hilarious. Stew had a momentary problem with the mic. but they got that fixed and the show went on. They played for about 45 minutes and if you can ever find the song “Naked Dutch Painter,” I suggest that you download it. Then at about 8:30 Crows came on. Adam seemed in such good spirits as well as the rest of the band. Adam played with the crowd and even threw some ice at us. The new songs were played beautifully and the harmony on Black and Blue was absolutely perfect even during the song Adam had to scold some security guards for trying to make some kids leave for recording the show! The encore was great. It was four songs long and included a brand new song that we were the first to hear. He is not sure what he wants to call it yet but he said he was leaning toward Good Time. The show ended when Adam called Stew back onstage for a p! erformance of Hangin’ Around. I could not have asked for a better first concert and I can hardly wait until Friday when I see them again. The set list (out of order but complete).

What's up guys?? Well I was back on the road to see my first of eight shows this tour and it started off with a magical night. My first stop was on August 22nd in Austin, Texas at the Backyard. This venue was a unique place a very nice spot for the Crows to perform. The venue had trees throughout, even behind the stage.I guess so it would look like the band was in your "Backyard". Humm? Maybe that is why they call it that? LoL, anyway. On to the show.they start out with Miami, which is one of my favorites from the new stuff. Did I mention Adam is the coolest person I have ever seen...case in point. There was a guy standing right beside me in the front row and he had a camcorder recording the show. The event crew working the Backyard came up to the guy and starting harassing him about it.they were like "We saw the camera now give it up!!" Adam waved the security guards off.pretty much told the guys to leave the guy the fu*k alone. After he finished the song he be! nt over and asked the guy if they took his camera and the guy was like no.Adam told him to just not record anymore so they wouldn't have to listen to their shit. And yet another example why Adam is the coolest person on earth.During Rain King another guy standing on the other side of me had a copy of "Henderson and The Rain King" And when he got to the lyric "Henderson is waiting." he held the guys book up as high as he could to show everyone. And before he finished the song he autographed the book for the guy!! So if this isn't enough for you to think Adam is the coolest guy on the face of the earth you need to buy a ticket to a show and see for yourself. This show featured two new songs newer than the new songs.that didn't have titles yet. EL MUCHO NEW!! One of the songs he played the night before but the other was the first time they had ever played it for any audience. The special thing about this song was that Adam was on stage alone!! No one else just Adam on the ! piano singing the song.this was the best moment of the night for me hands down. Another huge highlight of the show was the fact that they added 4 songs to the original set list. The band hit the stage at around 8:30 and ended the night around 10:35. Speaking of which here is the Set list in no particular order and to the best of my recollection.

    Miami
    Anna Begins
    Richard Manuel Is Dead
    High Life
    Angels Of The Silences
    Mr. Jones
Carriage formerly Untitled "All Inside of You"
    American Girls
    Sullivan Street
    Untitled 2nd time ever played
    Round Here
    Black And Blue
    Catapult
Untitled "Adam Solo on piano" "Just a Texas Boy."
Murder of One "Austin tonight.San Marcos on Friday"
    Hanging Around
Well see ya'll in San Marcos, Myrtle Beach, Virginia Beach, Davidson, Maryland, D.C., and Salem, VA!!!

This was an amazing concert. They played a bunch of new stuff sprinkled with some great oldies. First of all, they played Sullivan Street! my god twas unbelievable. then if that wasn't enough they gave me some HYSML.. one of my favorites.. some of the new stuff is muy buen. Miami was very good...Adam also played a song he said he wrote yesterday called "good time." it was just him on the piano.....awwww i hope it makes it on the new album. some of the other new stuff had a very Crackerish vibe going on. All in all, it was a great concert and it was good to see the whole crowd getting into it.

What an amazing show. Adam apologized for the show that was scheduled here being canceled last October, but the set more than made up for the 10 month wait for them to come back to Austin. The Backyard was awesome, The Band seemed to enjoy playing there. It was a great night with an absolutely killer breeze keeping everyone comfortable. It was just me and 4500 of my closest friends. Stew opened, and then at 8:30 the band came out and went straight into Miami. Right after, with barely a break they launched into Anna Begins, which was completely awesome. After Anna Begins Adam talked to the crowd, said that he was going to play alot of new stuff tonight, and that next was Richard Manuel is Dead. After that they played Angels of the Silences, acousticaly, and then High Life. After High Life, Adam talked somemore, and said how great it was to play in the Backyard. He joked about the last show getting rained out and how, for once, a show was cancelled and it wasn't his fa! ult. He ragged on some people in the crowd because they already knew the lyrics to the unreleased songs, but it was all in good fun. Then they played Black and Blue. Aftr that they went into an acoustic Mr. Jones, which really got the whole crowd excited. After the song was over sombody threw their drivers liscence on stage, and Adam joked with him/her that he needed to hold onto it and gave it back, then Adam talked about how he had just written this song awhile back, and he said that it was a "bitchin' tune" and was definitely going to be on the new CD, they already recorded it, but he still didn't have a title. And it was a bichin' tune, no lie. After that they went into Round Here, which had to have been over fifteen minutes long, but it was awesome. After Roundhere, Adam said he was going to sing a new song that was kinda like Roundhere. He said it was about, "boy meets girl, boy dates girl, boy takes girl for granted, girl leaves, boy wears girls clothes; same song baisic! aly, just a little more bounce in this one" and then they played American Girls, which totally rocked. After that Adam talked to the crowd again, he really seemed to be having a great time up there. Asked what we were doing after the show and if we were hungry, and said maybe they would get something to eat afterwards. Talked about the Texas girls and was just having a great time, he was really in his element. Then he introduced this next song by sayin that it was from Recovering the Satellites, and that was baisically all that we needed to know. They proceded to play one of the best versions of Catapult that I ever heard. Next, I think they playd Sullivan Street, and then an awesome version of Rain King. Some guy in the front row handed Adam a copy of Henderson the Rainking, and Adam showed the crowd and then autographed the book. After Rainking Adam said goodnight and the band left the stage for awhile. After a few minutes Adam came back, sat down at the piano, alone on stag! e, and said that he had just written this song last week and the band didn't really know how to play it yet. He said he didn't have a name for this one either, but was leaning towards "Good Times". That song was amazing, Adam alone on the piano, singing his heart out in a song that he said was about his childhood in El Paso(Adam's from El Paso?). After that song the band came back out and played Have you Seen Me Lately, and then antoher new song, I guess it was Inside of You. Right after that song, Adam called the band together, said he was going to give us two more songs, they just had to squeeze an extra one in there. After the band "broke huddle" they went into a totally rocking Murder of One that really got the entire crowd up and dancing. Then for the last song, Adam brought Stew back out and they played Hangin' Around to cap the night. It was a great show, two hours of pure bliss. Like I said, This show more than made up for last october's getting cancelled. Hre's the pl! aylist as I remember it:

    Miami
    Anna Begins
    Angels of the Silences
    Highlife
    Black and Blue

I can't believe no one's posted a review for this show yet. Without a doubt, it was the best concert they've given, ever. Yea, I've only been to 2 previous shows, but I can't imagine anything about the night being better. Adam was in a great mood and seemed extra-willing to communicate to his fans every bit of himself. Lots of great new songs, including a first-time performance (solo piano) of a song that could be titled "Good Time." It's lyrics struck me as powerfully as anything he's ever written. I was elated by the impromptu addition of "Murder of One" to the encore set, with Adam frenetically scampering around the stage to notify the guys of the plan change. Of course my vantage of standing with my arms rested on the stage probably aided my enjoyment somewhat, which is why I'll be ready to wait in line early at the H.O.B. in New Orleans Monday to get a chance for the same proximity again.

: hey lisa. I was able to get out to two of the texas shows. Wow, seems like we were blessed with pretty lengthy sets. I think adam was trying to make up for the CC/ LIVE show being cancelled last year due to inclement weather. He mentioned that in austin, when he was talking about how gorgeous "the backyard" was, but how it would turn into a mudhole when it's raining. Anyway, here is the setlist for austin, in scattered order...

    miami
    anna
    inside of you?
    high life
    aots
    catapult
    "insomnia"
    mr jones
    richard manuel
    american girls
    sullivan st
round here (with come pick me up, take me out alt lyrics....)
    rain king w/ thunder rd

    encore

    "good time"
(a new song adam wrote last week,
somewhat about growing up in texas,
    that has no name yet....
    first time he played it,
and then it was played in san marcos
    the second time ever....
just him on the piano for now....
    ending lyrics....
"i really like a red head girl,
I'm just another boy from texas...."
    murder of 1
    hysml
    black and blue
    hanginaround w/ stew
other notes.... adam said that they can't play butterfly in reverse right now....tried it in sound check, and it sounded like crap....maybe later...in san marcos adam talked a lot about the quentin tarantino film festival, and how being in austin was the most fun he had on tour in a long time....i love the new stuff...its gonna be tough to hear, and love all of this new stuff, and think about if it's all gonna make the new cd.....i think miami and richard manuel are my fave new songs thus far.... so much else to talk about....if anyone has any questions, email me...(i hope i get the setlists totally correct....i'm pretty sure...)overall, amazing shows, as always. My 6th and 7th time to see them, respectively. Anyone going to see them in huntsville is in for a treat. If you recorded any of these shows, please email me! I would love a copy- we can work something out. I know the san marocs security was ultra lax....

Stew opened the show at The Backyard and did a nice job of warming the crowd up with a 30-minute set. Stew played some pretty interesting songs, including "The Naked Dutch Painter" and "Re-hab." Adam introduced the band in a California University short set. The Crows hit the stage about 8:30 and were in top form, playing for two hours for the packed house. They did several new songs, including one, "Good Times," Adam said we were "absoultely, positively the first crowd ever to hear this song live." The new stuff sounded great. I really enjoyed "Miami," which they opned with, "American Girls" and "Good Times." This was the third time I had seen The Crows. They just seem to get better each time. Their version of "Round Here," which included Ryan Adams' "Come Pick Me Up" was absolutely perfect. What a great band! Here is the setlist (the best I can remember). It's not in exact order, but it's close...

    Miami
    Anna Begins
    Richard Manuel Is Dead
    Mr. Jones
    Angels of the Silences
    Goodnight L.A.
    High Life
    Rain King
    Have You Seen Me Lately?
    American Girls
    Untitled (Inside of You)
Round Here (w/ Ryan Adams' "Take Me Out")
    Black And Blue
    Sullivan Street
    Catapult
    Encore
Good Times (First Time Live Ever)
    A Murder Of One
    Hanginaround (w/ Stew)

Both shows were amazing. Very, very high energy and Adam was extremely talkative. It was evident that the band was having a lot of fun. Lots of "August" songs, including Sullivan St. (Austin) and Perfect Blue Buildings (SM). Adam performed a new song, solo at the piano (he said the guys didn't know it yet), about growing up in Texas (with the line "I'm just a boy from Texas"). At the Sam Marcos show I asked for "Butterfly in Reverse" and Adam said they couldn't play it cause they tried it at soundcheck and 'somebody' kept messing up the chords. Band was great with fans, as usual, and from the sounds/talk of it, Adam had a really great time hanging out in Austin (esp. at the Tarantino music festival, which he went on and on about at the SM show). Sets included Anna Begins, Mr. Jones, Rain King, Round Here, Catapult, HYSML, AOTS, Black and Blue, Miami (opening), American Girls, Courage (formerly known as 'untitled'), Omaha, Murder, Hangin' Around (closing, with Stew on stage)... I had a fabulous time, esp. cause it was my first time meeting Adam. But even without that extra, these shows just rocked! Enjoy your shows.

    Stew
this was a great show. this was my first time to ever see them live, so it was pretty exciting. the venue is awesome, it is outdoors with some great trees surrounding the stage and crowd. i cant remember the exact setlist, but i do know that they played about 18 songs, which was great because it was more than i expected. they played two very new songs, one of which was just adam on the piano. he said he had just written it a week earlier and that this was his first time to play it. the chorus said something about a red hair girl and texas boys. very cool song. the other new one was good too. adam said it was about insomnia. anyways, it was a great show and the new cd is gonna be awesome. the setlist is as follows (to the best of my knowledge):
    miami
    anna begins
    richard manuel
    aots (acoustic)
    highlife
    mr jones (acoustic)
    black and blue
round here (w/ ryan adams in middle)
previously untitled inside of you song adam now says is called "carriage"
(the rest of the setlist is out of order)
    sullivan street
    catapult
    american girls
    untitled
    rain king w/ T. road
    hysml
    untitled
    a murder of one
    hanginaround
